Our Phone Lines Are Taking a Little Break

From Monday 14 September to Friday 18 September, our main phone lines will be closed while Team Bunch steps away from the phones to spend the week fundraising to help tackle fuel poverty.

With the colder months just around the corner, we’re putting our time and energy into raising funds to support people who may be struggling with their energy costs this winter.

Don’t worry, we’re still here to help. Our email inbox will remain open at support@the-bunch.co.uk, and our Help Centre is available whenever you need it, with helpful guides and answers to loads of common questions. Our phone lines will be back open as usual from Monday 21 September.
