If you’re trying to…

  • Make a payment: please email [email protected] to let us know your trying to make your payment. Or our systems will manually re-attempt to take this payment every day, for the next 4 days.
  • Look at your current usage: This will be available once the portal is back up and running.
  • Upload a meter reading: Please email [email protected] with your meter readings and the images attached. We will then upload these on your behalf.
