Official External Policy -

It is totally unacceptable for people to be threatened or intimidated in a place of work. Abuse and how someone is made to feel uncomfortable, varies from person to person. We will not tolerate abuse aimed towards our staff via written, verbal or direct communication. We reserve the right to cancel your agreement with us at any point should this become apparent.
