While the full team will be taking a break on the bank holidays over Christmas, we will be operating a reduced workforce on the following days: 23rd, 29th, 30th and 31st December. We ask that you send any enquiries via email during this time, only calling our customer phone line in an emergency, such as a power or energy fault; a water leak or a fault with your broadband. Please note that phone operators will not be handling day-to-day queries at this time – so do save those calls for anything urgent.

Emergencies
My electricity has cut out! What should I do?
First thing to do is check your fuse box. Quite often a loss in power will be due to a tripped fuse. If you believe it is a power cut, in the first instance check with your neighbour to see if they are experiencing a loss of power too. Call 105 to be directed to your local electricity network operator.
I can smell gas! What should I do?
If you have a gas leak or can smell gas in your property, vacate the property immediately and call the National Gas Emergencies number on 0800 111 999 (Open 24 hours a day).
I have a water leak! What should I do?
If the leak is internal (inside the property) then contact your landlord. If the leak is external (outside the property) then contact your local water supplier.
